We strive for a response time of 24 to at most 48 hours, but please understand that some enquiries may take longer to respond to due to additional information being needed, for example availability from suppliers rather than just ourselves. This is also one of the reasons that we prefer email communication over phone calls (many queries simply cannot be answered immediately).
